I Believe The Taoist Proverb: We Must Become Learned Before We Can Become Unlearned, Meaning We Must Complete A System Which May At Times Feel Unnatural Before We Can Become Unlearned Or Natural.

For Example: In Meditation, If We Practice The Basics And Concentrate And Get Our Posture Comfortable And Free Our Mind, We Learn That We Can Become Unlearned, Meaning We Can Be Sitting In Traffic And Move Into The Meditative State, Any Place, Any Time.
